Child Care Institution (CCI) | बालगृह

Adharashram has been recognised by Govt. of Maharashtra as "Balgruha" (CCI - Child Care Institution), to provide protection, care, medical treatment and help for social re-integration for children in need. Boys up to 6 years and girls up to 12 years of age are admitted and currently around 105 children are being taken care of in Balgruha.

गरजू मुलांना संरक्षण, संगोपन, वैद्यकीय उपचार आणि त्यांच्या सामाजिक पुनर्वसनाकरता सर्वतोपरी मदत करण्याकरता महाराष्ट्र सरकारने आधाराश्रमला “बालगृह” (CCI - Child Care Institution), अशी मान्यता दिलेली आहे. त्या प्रमाणे वय वर्षे 6 पर्यंतची मुले आणि वय वर्षे 12 पर्यंतच्या मुलींना संस्थेत प्रवेश देण्यात येतो व सध्या संस्थेत साधारणत: १०५ मुले आहेत.

Specialised Adoption Agency (SAA) | विशेष दत्तकविधान संस्था

Adharashram has been recognised by Govt. of India as “Specialised Adoption Agency” under Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), Ministry of Women & Child Development, Govt. of India.

Children admitted here are provided all round care including basic needs, healthcare, emotional, training & recreational needs. Future restoration or mainstreaming options are studied and care options are adopted accordingly.

A specialised team of trained nurses, caretakers and support staff look after them and honorary doctors, Dr. Anuradha Dashputre, Dr. Nandini Kibe and Dr. Prashant Bhadane provide regular medical checkups and treatment wherever required.

आधाराश्रमला “विशेष दत्तकविधान संस्था” (SAA - Specialised Adoption Agency) म्हणून केंद्रीय दत्तक संसाधन प्राधिकरण, महिला व बालविकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार (CARA - Central Adoption Resource Authority, Ministry of Women & Child Development, Govt. of India) यांनी मान्यता दिली आहे.

येथे वय वर्षे 12 पर्यंतच्या अनाथ व निराधार बालकांना प्रवेश दिला जातो. त्यांना सर्व मूलभूत, आरोग्य, शैक्षणिक व करमणूकीच्या सुविधा आणि भावनिक आधार पुरवण्यात येतो. तसेच त्यांच्या भविष्याबद्दल वेगवेगळे पर्याय तपासून त्या प्रमाणे विशेष सुविधा पुरवण्यात येतात.

या बालकांचे संगोपन व आरोग्यरक्षणाकरता खास प्रशिक्षण घेतलेल्या परिचारिका, काळजीवाहक सेविका व इतर सहाय्यक कर्मचारी नियुक्त केलेले असतात. या शिवाय, सेवाभावी मानद डॉक्टर्स, डॉ. अनुराधा दशपुत्रे, डॉ. नंदिनी किबे आणि डॉ. प्रशांत भदाने नियमित आरोग्य तपासण्या करून आवश्यकता असेल त्या प्रमाणे उपचार करतात.

Adoption Services | दत्तकविधान

Adharashram is grateful that it has been able to help around 900 children find their adopted parents with a loving home and helping couples find their long desired child. It had been a trend to adopt boys but after continued counselling and educating the would-be-parents, now girl child adoptions have surpassed boy child adoptions. 

Adharashram carries out all the adoption services as per the strict guidelines and the fully transparent online procedure laid down by CARA. Under the guidance of CARA since 2011, children with congenital disabilities are also being given for adoption to foreign families and so far 26 such children have been rehabilitated in families abroad.

आधाराश्रम कृतज्ञ आहे की त्यांच्या द्वारा आज पर्यंत जवळ जवळ 900 च्या वर मुलांना त्यांचे दत्तक आई-वडील व प्रेम करणारे घर मिळाले, तसेच त्या आई-वडिलांना पण त्यांचे दीर्घकाळ इच्छित मूल मिळाले. गेल्या काही वर्षांपासून फक्त मुलांना दत्तक घ्यायचा कल होता, परंतु पालकांना सतत केलेल्या समुपदेशन व शिक्षणाचा उपयोग होऊन आता मुलींना दत्तक घेण्याचे प्रमाण मुलांपेक्षा जास्त आहे.

आधाराश्रम सर्व दत्तक सेवा ‘CARA-कारा’च्या कठोर मार्गदर्शक प्रणालीनुसार व पारदर्शक ऑनलाईन प्रक्रियेप्रमाणे पार पाडते. तसेच इ.स.2011 पासून ‘कारा’च्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली जन्मजात अपंग मुले देखील परदेशी कुटुंबाना दत्तक देण्यात येतात व आज पर्यंत अशा 26 मुलांचे परदेशी कुटुंबात पुनर्वसन करण्यात आले आहे.

Rehabilitation of lost children | पुनर्वसन

Many children are admitted in Adharashram by Govt agencies who are lost or forsaken at railway stations, bus stands, yatras and other places. Adharashram actively searches for their parents and reunites the children with their families.

रेल्वे स्टेशन्स, बस स्टॅण्ड्स, यात्रा वगैरे ठिकाणी हरवलेली वा सोडून दिलेली मुले वेगवेगळ्या सरकारी यंत्रणांच्या द्वारे आधाराश्रमात दाखल केली जातात. अशा मुलांच्या पालकांचा सक्रिय शोध घेऊन त्यांना पालकांच्या ताब्यात देण्याचे काम आधाराश्रम करते.

Educational facilities | शैक्षणिक सुविधा

Pre-primary children attend a nursery Mukund Balmandir on Adharashram premises. Primary students go to Mohini Devi Rungta Prathamik Vidyamandir and secondary students go to Pushpavati Roongta Kanya Vidyalaya for their regular studies. Currently around 75 children are attending school regularly. 

पूर्व-प्राथमिक मुलांकरता आधाराश्रमात “मुकुंद बालमंदिर” ही बालवाडी चालवण्यात येते. प्राथमिक शिक्षण घेणारी मुले ‘मोहिनीदेवी रूंगठा प्राथमिक विद्यालय’ येथे आणि माध्यमिक शिक्षण घेणारी ‘पुष्पावती रुंगठा माध्यमिक विद्यालय’ मधे जातात. सध्या साधारण 75 मुले शाळांमध्ये नियमित शिक्षण घेत आहेत.

Talent development | कौशल्य विकास

In addition to schooling, children are offered Music, Handicrafts, Drawing/Painting and Dance classes to identify, nurture and develop any of these art forms among them.

In 2025, we have established a full fledged ‘Computer Lab’, in collaboration with State Bank of India, who have donated 10 PCs for the same.

We have an experienced computer teacher, who teaches basic computer skills to our children to prepare them for the future.

मुलांच्या शालेय शिक्षणाच्या बरोबर त्यांच्याकरता संगीत, चित्रकला, हस्तकला, नृत्य याचे वर्ग घेतले जातात. जेणेकरून त्यांच्यातील उपजत कौशल्य गुण ओळखून ते पुढे विकसित होण्याकरता मदत होऊ शकेल.

या वर्षी मुलांना संगणक प्रशिक्षण देण्याकरता ‘स्टेट बॅंक ऑफ इंडियाच्या’ सहकार्याने १० संगणक असलेली सुसज्ज “संगणक प्रयोगशाळा” (Computer Lab) सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. तिच्यात अनुभवी संगणक शिक्षक एका वेळी १० मुलांना प्रशिक्षण देतात.

Recreational facilities | मनोरंजन सुविधा

Children spend their evenings playing and frolicking joyfully. A children’s park Balodyan has been developed on Adharashram premises, having various rides like swings, slides, merry-go-round, seesaw etc. There are indoor sports facilities like carrom and table-tennis. A large hall has been converted into a dedicated play-area for toddlers. We also have an Audio-Visual Centre, where educational and entertainment films & programmes are screened for the inmates.

आश्रमाच्या आवारात लहान मुलांकरता ‘बालोद्यान’ विकसित केले असून तेथे घसरगुंडी, झोपाळा, सी-सॉ, मेरी-गो-राऊंड खेळण्याची सोय करण्यात आली आहे. तसेच एका मोठ्या हॉल मधे ‘खेळणीघर’ तयार करून तिथे मुलांना खेळण्याकरता विविध प्रकारची खेळणी ठेवण्यात आली आहेत.

थोड्या मोठ्या मुलांकरता कॅरम व टेबल टेनिस ची सोय पण उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली आहे. याशिवाय आश्रमातल्या दृकश्राव्य केंद्रामध्ये विविध शैक्षणिक, मनोरंजनपर चित्रपट व माहितीपट दाखवण्यात येतात.

Therapeutic facilities | उपचारात्मक सुविधा

A full fledged Physiotherapy Centre has been established on Adharashram premises by Amway Opportunities Foundation, where Dr. Shripad Gholap offers his services for the benefit of physically challenged children. His dedicated treatment and the facilities available have helped the children towards improved health and overall progress.

We have also started Psychological Counselling Centre and Music Therapy Centre for needy children. These sessions have shown noticeable positive changes in their behavioural patterns.

अँमवे ऑपॉरट्युनिटीज फौंडेशनच्या उदार सहकार्याने आधाराश्रमात शारीरिकदृष्ट्या अपंग बालकांसाठी फिजिओथेरपी केंद्र आहे, जिथे अशा बालकांवर डॉ.श्रीपाद घोलप नियमित उपचार करतात. या उपचारांमुळे बालकांच्या प्रकृतीत व प्रगतीत लक्षणीय सुधारणा झाली आहे.

याशिवाय आधाराश्रमात मानसिक समुपदेशन केंद्र व संगीतोपचार केंद्र आहेत आणि या उपक्रमांमुळे बालकांच्या वर्तणुकीत सकारात्मक परिणाम दिसून आला आहे.
